Put the Research to Work for Your Team

FundWise brings live financial coaching to your employees — backed by the same evidence base behind these articles. Simple pricing, no per-employee fees.

Fundwise offers two group coaching tiers: Quarterly at $2,999/year (4 sessions) and Monthly at $4,999/year (12 sessions). Both include all employees with no per-employee fees. 1-on-1 coaching is available as an add-on: $110/session (employee-paid) or $90/session (employer pre-paid, minimum 5 sessions = $450).
No. Every employee's participation is included in the flat annual fee. You never pay per head.
Annual. Fundwise bills once per year — either $2,999 (Quarterly tier) or $4,999 (Monthly tier). No monthly billing for group coaching.
The program is annual, and cancellation terms are set by the employer in their service agreement. If you have questions about your specific situation, reach out before signing up.
Your employer chooses the format — live Zoom or in-person — and lets your team know before each session. Both formats are identical in content.
No. All sessions are recorded, and employees who can't attend live get access to the recording plus our async curriculum library. No one misses out if they're busy or unavailable that day.
Fundwise works for all three. Sessions run over Zoom for remote employees and in-person for on-site teams — or a mix if your workforce spans both. Recordings are always available for anyone who misses the live session.
Group sessions run approximately 60 minutes. 1-on-1 coaching sessions are also approximately 60 minutes.
Group coaching covers the six-module curriculum in a live, facilitated session with all employees together — great for company-wide financial literacy. 1-on-1 coaching is individual, private, and tailored to an employee's specific situation, goals, and questions.
All sessions are led by AFC® — Accredited Financial Counselor. The AFC® designation is granted by the Association for Financial Counseling & Planning Education (AFCPE) and requires passing a rigorous exam, documented financial counseling experience, and adherence to a code of ethics. Our coaches are affiliated with Midwest Money Mentor, LLC.
No. Fundwise is completely product-agnostic. We don't sell investments, insurance, or any financial products — and we never will. Our curriculum is conservative, ethical, and focused on behavioral change and financial fundamentals, not product sales.
Yes. Financial information shared in individual coaching sessions is kept confidential within the bounds of the employer's service agreement. Group sessions cover general education topics, not personal financial situations. Your employees' privacy is a core commitment of the program.
